Sugarloaf Lookout has been refreshed in 2024 & is located in the Belmont Estate. The steep jungle slope of an ancient volcano enjoys amazing ocean views of this location. The vibe is a private but casual tropical home with all the important amenities.
Originally built as a small southwest-inspired home, the outside pool & decks are immediately adjacent to the living, dining room & kitchen. There are lots of shared spaces for relaxing & Alfresco dining is on hand for up to 6 guests with it’s outside deck to enjoy the views of the West End of Tortola.
Each of the three bedrooms enjoys its own outside deck area, air conditioning & bathrooms. They all have good internet connectivity and in the Living area is a 60” TV
Long Bay Beach and Smugglers Cove are a couple of the best beaches in the British Virgin Islands & are your nearest beaches to Sugarloaf Lookout.
Soper's Hole Marina is about 10 minutes drive away & offers a pleasant Marina with shops, groceries stores & restaurants.
