The Allamanda Estate gives you a wonderfully spacious 7 bedroom villa with its lush gardens in a 6 acre estate. This hilltop location offers a stunning vista from every direction, you can see the islands of Salt, Ginger & Cooper, as well as Virgin Gorda.

The villa is a contemporary yet elegant villa, Allamanda offers comfort which is perfect for a large group or family looking for a quality villa rental with lots of space. The villa is well designed with numerous areas to relax, dine or simply enjoy socialising.

The deck offers a great space to spend time, plenty of room to spread out & enjoy Allamanda.   You might like to read a book, take a short nap under the shaded gazebo or sunbath on the sun loungers.  There are deep cushioned sofas & a lovely alfresco dining area to enjoy dinner.

Allamanda Villa offers many areas to sit in shaded areas, the courtyard is a lovely place to enjoy with cushioned sofas & chairs as well as an area for casual dining & a wet bar.   From the courtyard you can access the Rooftop Lounge by a spiral staircase, this is a stunning location Allamanda with a  360-degree view (please note: due to this area not being enclosed, a signed waiver is required by all guests who wish to use the rooftop; this area is understandably not recommended for children).

Allamanda has 3 buildings, the main house is 7,000sqft with an impressive living area.  There is a separate TV area, open-plan kitchen & adjacent dining area with floor to ceiling glass doors out to the deck, the fire-pit and pool area. The kitchen has all the appliances, facilities you will need for your stay.  The breakfast bar is ideal for a quick bite to eat or a drink perhaps.  Adjacent to the kitchen is the formal dining table, seating for 10 guests.

Also in the Main House are 3 ensuite bedrooms.  The master king with oversized bathroom with rain head shower, freestanding tub & twin sinks.  The adjacent bedroom suite which can be made up with either twin bed or a king bed if you prefer.  This allows parents to have their children safely nearby.  There is third bedroom is located over by the courtyard side.

Privacy for you & your guests is offered at Allamanda Estate by 2 generous-sized king bedroom suites in a separate pavilion on the far side of the courtyard.  Both bedrooms have contemporary bathrooms with rain head showers. There is also a convenient kitchenette between the two suites.

The third building is a self-contained Hummingbird Cottage, which is set aside from the main house providing excellent privacy for all. The cottage sleeps 4 guests in two bedroom suites, comfortable living room & kitchen. It is the perfect option for guests who enjoy privacy & a peaceful setting.

The feel to the property is very subtle with indirect lighting from the ceilings.  The potted plants, pieces of original art & furniture further enhance its appeal.  The tropical gardens are full of many local species of plants, shrubs & trees.
