The Tides - Tortola

The Tides is a 3 story condominium located right on the beach at Little Apple Bay.  The 3 separate units comprise of High Tide, Spring Tide & Apple Tide.

Each rental has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, there is a full kitchen, terrace with gas BBQ.  Outside (under cover) seating & large dining table to enjoy those wonderful Sunrises or Sunsets!

High Tide is the top floor, Spring Tide is the middle & both have large terraces with sitting & dining area.  Apple Tide is on the ground floor with a slightly larger, but also has a private but not secluded raised beach area with sun deck right above the ocean.  All 3 rentals offer wonderful sea views from the terraces. 

There is a fibre optic connection to the internet which is then distributed wirelessly in each unit. The wireless signal is typically strong enough to stream sports, films etc so bring your tablet or laptop if you would like to watch TV. 

Jost Van Dyke & the North Shore of Tortola are are wonderful, you can even watch pelican’s fish right outside your door.  Apple Bay is perfect for surfers & the reef provides good surfing from November to April when the northern swells roll in.  Smugglers Cove & Long Bay Beach are a few minutes away, you can walk over the hill to Long Bay Beach from The Tides. 

There are several restaurants & bars within 15 minutes walking distance, Sebastian’s is even easier being only 2 minute’s walk.  Tropical Fusion is in Long Bay & Sugar Mill is around 10 minute’s walk along the flat coastline.  The next bay offers the fabulous D'Coalpot which is an absolute must during your stay, this restaurant is right on the ocean front.  Cane Garden Bay, West End & Road Town are all relatively short drives/taxis away.

The marina at Sopers Hole, West End has regular ferries (New Horizon Ferries) to Jost Van Dyke where you will find fabulous beach bars including Foxy's, Soggy Dollar & Hendo's. 

The Tides at Little Apple Bay is a great choice to stay and discover these beautiful British Virgin Islands.

Check in 4pm, Check out 10am, there may be some flexibility depending on cleaning schedules & guest arrivals.  The property manager offers a complimentary mid stay clean/laundry change for stays longer than 7 days & can also provide laundry services or additional cleaning for a fee.  The maximum occupancy is strictly 4 including children.  No additional room fees for under 18 year olds.  We do not provide high chairs or cots unfortunately.
