Sunny Side Up is a lovely brightly painted villa in Belmont Estate. There are 3 air conditioned bedrooms here with a nice open plan living/kitchen area. Outside you can enjoy Alfresco dining and a well-appointed pool. The views out over the ocean offer a wonderful 180-degree views of Jost van Dyke, Sandy Cay & Sandy Spit.
To the main level there are stone steps towards the side of the villa. The Great Room with its airy cathedral ceiling gives you a feeling of lots of open space inside. Sea grass furniture gives you a Caribbean feel, there are panoramic sea views through arched windows & doors. The open plan lounge & kitchen has again sea grass barstools & mahogany cupboards & granite counter tops.
Heading out to the pool deck which is covered, allows for Alfresco dining suitable for up to 10 guests. The pool area, sheltered by the master bedroom balcony & has a casual poolside table & chairs, sun loungers which make a great place to take a nap! BBQ, wet bar, mini-fridge, CD player & poolside shower complete this area.
The bedrooms are in a separate pavilion & offer privacy with their air-conditioned rooms, 2 Queen beds, cable TV, DVD player en-suite bathroom with a tiled outdoor shower. There is also a private balcony to enjoy the views. From the pool deck, an exterior staircase brings you to the very spacious air-conditioned Master bedroom on the upper level. The arched windows & doors overlook the pool area. Views look across Long Bay & beyond. There is a King size Four Poster, cable TV en-suite bathroom with a natural stone private outdoor shower. On the lower level bedroom 3 with air-conditioning, 2 Queen beds, cable TV, tiled bathroom with walk-in fully tiled shower. Lovely views over Long Bay & the hillside.
