Sundowner is a lovely villa above Brewers Bay on Tortola’s.  This 3-bedroom villa is a single storey property & has been completed to a very high standard.  The owners have given a lot of thought to the layout, design & finish to this villa. 

The villa has some nice pieces of artwork & offers a light airy living space to enjoy your stay.  The living room has plenty of sofa’s to relax on, with dining inside the villa if you wish.  Sundowner has a well-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need.

There are 2 bedrooms which lead off the hallway, either a King Bed or King Bed or Twins, they share a bathroom with walk-in shower.  The master bedroom has a King Bed & ensuite bathroom with a large walk in shower.  All three bedrooms are air-conditioned.  The living room & bedrooms have double doors leading out to the pool deck. 

The outdoor space at this villa will allow you to enjoy some sunbathing perhaps, enjoy a good book maybe.  The hammock gives you a good spot to relax as well!  Alfresco dining for 6 guests is available poolside. There is a good size garden surrounding the villa so plenty of space for all the family to enjoy.  Sundowner villa has stunning views of the ocean & overlooks the unspoilt Brewers Bay & hillside.  The sunsets from this villa are magical & you will be able to enjoy a Sundowner at Sundowner!
